International Leatherboy 2010 Ian (aka Ian V1.0 and The first cumming of Ian – Ian is also Eastern Canada Leatherboy 2010) and I (Iain V2.0 aka the second cumming of Iain) are taking a roadtrip together to a great weekend – Ms. Michigan Leather, Michigan LeatherSIR/Leastherboy and Michigan Community Bootblack.

Michigan has definitely played a part in my Leather upbringing.  Specifically my former boy, matt, who is also North American Bootblack 2008 (incidentally also the last NABB) is from the Detroit area and as a result my partner, Scott, and I spent a lot of time in the Detroit area.

Dan, aka the Twisted Teddybear, and I were also co-chars of the Leather Leadership Conference XIV Great Lakes/Ontario working very closely with a number of local Michigan Leather folks to build the first internationally hosted and run LLC.

I’m definitely looking forward to visiting Detroit this weekend!
